Everything is ready and very well organised to welcome the new comers :
- The Apartment is fully equipped, good facilities, gym, excellent communication and support from the Concierge and the 8th Lock Management.

The experience at 8th Lock has been excellent. The move-in process was swift and the staff has always been helpful. The gym is brand new and fantastic. The concierge is also very helpful, as well as the parcel collection system. Having easy access to public transport has been key to our experience.
My favourite part of the development is the apartment itself. The design is beautiful, and the furniture is of the highest quality, making my wife and I really feel at home. I look forward to seeing 8th Lock grow, improve and flourish as a community.

We moved from India to Ireland for my job and with the uncertainty of Dublin's infamous housing crisis, 8th Lock property is an obvious example.
8th Lock property management (Savills) under the able leadership of Anne-Marie (GM) has set a great example. The stay is absolutely fantastic and very convenient (from store, public transport and locality-wise). The 8th Lock property is particularly of very high quality and this makes the experience more memorable.
In all these, the support Anne-Marie, Renata and the entire staff of Savills is worth mentioning and are very professional and cordial. I also have referred 8th Lock to my other colleagues.

We moved into the 8th Lock last year and it is perfectly located on the Royal Canal. Broomsbridge LUAS and Pelletstown Commuter Train Station are only a few minutes walk away, and the airport is only 20 minutes away by car via the M50. Several shopping facilities are within walking distance, including a large Aldi store which is only 2 minutes away. The Space Gym offers plenty of space, a good selection of fitness equipment and classes, and is never too crowded.
To summarise, we have moved around a lot in the past and compared to what we have experienced before, the asset management of the 8th Lock is pragmatic and very keen to make this a great place for its residents.

We've been living at 8th Lock since September 2023, and we couldn't be happier with the staying experience! The apartments are modern and spacious with beautiful interiors. The community vibe is fantastic – everyone is friendly, and there are great communal spaces like the gym and gardens. Personally, we enjoy using the Gym which is equipped with the latest equipment and an amazing on-floor team. The location of the apartments is super convenient with parks, grocery stores, shops, and public transport right on the doorstep. It's the perfect blend of city living coupled with tranquillity. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great living experience in Dublin!
